StarShrink

StarShrink is a powerful plug-in for Adobe Photoshop that provides astrophotographers with a tool to shrink bloated, fuzzy stars for cleaner, more aesthetic photographs. StarShrink works differently from traditional sharpening and deconvolution techniques, and in fact it can work in tandem with these methods.

In some ways, StarShrink is similar to Photoshop's built-in Spherize or Pinch filters, but it processes all stars in an image at once, eliminating hours of manual editing and producing a much more consistent result.
